There will then be a direct link attached, which you will send to all potential sponsors of your fundraiser specifically. Then, your potential sponsors will have the option to purchase the soap products or donate directly to your fundraiser without purchasing any products.
Fundraiser Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my virtual fundraising order or receive a refund?

Cancellations
​
In order to be eligible, ALL order cancellations must take place within 24 hours of purchase. Any cancellations requested outside of the allotted 24-hour window may not be possible due to the structure of the fundraiser payout and shipping schedule. Also, please note - only filled orders will go to support the fundraising event. A cancellation will remove those earnings from the fundraiser total amount sold.

Refunds

If your soap product arrived heavily damaged, contaminated or you received an incorrect product, please contact us directly at info@cleanthanawhistle.com. All damaged soap product claims must be made within seven (7) days of delivery. If not submitted within this timeframe, we will not be able to honor the refund purchase price or provide a replacement. Per our fundraiser terms and conditions, we do not issue refunds and we do not accept returns.
